**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and merchant partners, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary of $26/hour.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to our customers and merchant partners via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our merchant partners to resolve issues and improve their experience with arenaflex
* Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and skills
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, merchant partners, and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
