**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
* Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
* Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
* Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth
**Key Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
