**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Answering phones, emails, and live chat**: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
* **Professionally responding to customer inquiries**: Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, and escalating priority issues to high-level management when necessary.
* **Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management**: Recognizing and addressing critical issues that require attention from our leadership team.
* **Following up on complicated customer interactions**: Ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues and achieve a positive outcome.
* **Recording details of customer interactions**: Accurately documenting customer interactions to improve our processes and ensure that we're delivering exceptional service.
* **Developing rapport with customers**: Building trust and rapport with customers through positive and engaging interactions.
* **Offering solutions, not excuses**: Providing creative and effective solutions to customer problems, and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
**What We're Looking For**

* **Excellent customer service attitude**: A natural ability to engage with customers and provide a positive experience.
* **Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer**: The ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.

* **Strong verbal and written communication skills**: The ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and over the phone.
* **Positive and quick troubleshooter**: A can-do attitude and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **1 year of customer service-related experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a call center or customer-facing environment.
* **1 year of call center experience**: Experience working in a call center environment, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.
* **Basic knowledge of computers**: Familiarity with computer navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs.
* **Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling**: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
* **Live in one of the following states**: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
