**Job Summary:**
As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and selling arenaflex products and services. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and tools to connect with customers and deliver personalized solutions. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Sell arenaflex products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
* Utilize various systems and tools to initiate, assist, and service customers
* Continuously maintain working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions
* Make recommendations according to customer needs and preferences
* Handle inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features, and services
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
* Provide support for products and services offered by arenaflex
* Assist customers with products and services, such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
* Identify, track, and trend issues to assist in root cause elimination
* Proactively engage Tier 3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
* Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults and provide customer resolution
**Essential Qualifications:**
* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
* Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
* Advanced knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including billing, rate plans, features, and services
* Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, including voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
* Experience with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems and sales automation tools
