**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order placement, product information, and troubleshooting.

**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
