**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative – Window Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing purchases, returns, and sales support, as well as handling passport applications and related duties. **Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
* Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
