Our team of top performers is empowered to provide the best customer service experience possible, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Position Scope** The Customer Service Representative position provides support for the business processes of arenaflex, with the primary responsibility of providing excellent customer service to our customers and clients. This role is ideal for outstanding customer service representatives who want to be part of a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means as needed. You will also be expected to exceed daily quotas, record detailed notes of customer communication, and maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volume current. **Duties & Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means as needed * Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats * Recording detailed notes of customer communication * Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volume current * Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiry in a way that is creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent to demonstrate the customer's value * Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients by demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner * De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers * Recording and documenting customer interaction.
