**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative Weekday Closer, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and meeting potential members, providing a great customer experience, and showcasing the benefits of arenaflex membership
* Handling front desk-related tasks, such as:
+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns
+ Taking info calls and tours to provide personalized support to prospective members
+ Assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information
* Facilitating member services issues and questions, and forwarding to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed
* Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members
