As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or online platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or online platforms.
* Process service requests, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
* Collaborate with other departments (dispatch, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Educate customers on arenaflex services, pricing, and policies to provide clear and accurate information.
* Assist with billing inquiries and troubleshooting to resolve payment or service-related questions.
* Uphold company standards and values while delivering friendly, effective service to each customer.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
* At least 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or related environment preferred).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
* Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be flexible with work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in the waste management industry or a related field.
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
