**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues with orders and payments, and helping customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully. This is a beginner-level role, and we provide full training to ensure your success. You'll work from home, with a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. This role requires 30-39 hours of work per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues with orders and payments
* Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
* Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
* Offer effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
* Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to escalate pain points and improve customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
