**Key Responsibilities**
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of programs, providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.
* Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service, while documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations, but you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, based on your performance and the programs you choose to work on. **Application and Certification Process**
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

* Pay a $45 processing fee, paid directly to our vendor.
* Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
* Complete a W9 form.
