**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare and issue tickets, determine fares, and provide travel information to customers

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Portuguese
* Experience working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Ability to work in a 24-hour, multi-day per week schedule, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Possession of a valid visa and U.S. visa
