**Key Responsibilities:**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely, accurate, and professional support to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
