This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. **Key Responsibilities** • Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests in a fast-paced environment • Provide exceptional customer service support, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns • Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to deliver top-notch support to clients • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: • **Fluency in English**: You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. • **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute or greater. • **Internet Connection**: You must have a high-speed DSL or cable connection, rated 5 MB down, 384k up (minimum), 10+ MB down and 512k up (preferred). • **Home Office Space**: You must have a dedicated home office space, free from distractions, with a door that can be closed and locked.
