**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our John Deere Experience process and tag & title operations. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers monthly to support the John Deere Experience process, following up with calls and survey responses, and regularly communicating experience information to key store team members. You will also be responsible for inputting updates into the John Deere system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately. In addition to customer outreach, you will prepare, process, and mail tag and title documents, particularly for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Contact customers monthly to support the John Deere Experience process and follow up with calls and survey responses.
* Regularly communicate experience information to key store team members and input updates into the John Deere system.
* Prepare, process, and mail tag and title documents for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia.
* Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work and report to leadership on the status of any missing or problem titles.
* Sign over titles for wholesalers who have paid in full and prepare a monthly report to management of any funds not collected due to missing or incomplete title work.
* Stay abreast of title regulations and update the team on regulatory changes, attending seminars and training as necessary.
* Apply time management to all tag and title daily routines and complete other tasks as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficient with copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms.

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
* Knowledge of title regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
