**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients and members in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive assistance to callers regarding benefit programs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Supporting members in filing claims and setting up direct deposits, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Updating and maintaining member demographic information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Capturing and advising on plan elections, ensuring clients make informed decisions about their benefits
* Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents, streamlining the enrollment process
* Acting as a liaison for escalated issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring client satisfaction
* Managing a high volume of calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout
* Maintaining detailed call logs, tracking interactions and outcomes
* Participating in outreach campaigns, promoting arenaflex services and products to clients and members
* Collaborating with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues, ensuring seamless client experiences
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and members in both English and Spanish
* A basic understanding of employee benefits and related products/services, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly, including CRM systems and other arenaflex tools
* Experience with office equipment and technologies, including phones, printers, and scanners
* The capability to manage high call volumes, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout
