As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools * Handle customer complaints, including difficult and escalated callers, with empathy and professionalism * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support to ensure seamless customer experiences * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all customer interactions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong work history and proven punctuality track record * Proven customer support experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent phone contact handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the solar or renewable energy industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language) * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment with a high volume of calls **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and use new software and systems quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
