We're committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and growth, where every team member has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and telephone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Communicating with customers about the status of their orders, implementing requested changes, and working with the internal team to find solutions to one-off challenges * Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to provide cross-functional support and ensure seamless customer experiences * Utilizing Zendesk and other tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently * Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services * Working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or equivalent experience * A College degree is preferred, but not required * At least 3 years of Customer Service experience, including knowledge of customer service principles and best practices * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Zendesk experience is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in written and verbal form * Acute attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Problem-solving capabilities and a resolution-focused approach * Knowledge of photography or digital art is a plus * Technical or computer support or call center experience is preferred * Strategic thinking and project management ability to lead large account integrations and product additions * Proven ability to act independently, exercise judgment, and influence people to take appropriate actions * Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to pull data from various sources, organize, interpret, and use that data to drive effective solutions in a timely manner * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers or other departments * Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts of basic algebra * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form **Benefits:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive compensation package * Vacation days * Sick days * Paid holidays * Paid floating holiday of your choice * Paid maternity and paternity leave * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * STD, LTD * Optional Life insurance * Opportunities for professional development and growth **Why Join careerzynith?** At careerzynith, we're passionate about creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
