**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
* Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store

**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and perform other physical tasks as required
