**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Interacting with customers daily and providing friendly, helpful assistance
* Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
