**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
* Working with our food program, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Maintaining store appearance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless customer service and store operations
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs
* Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales experience
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a similar role or industry
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales experience
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
* Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 60 pounds
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
