This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel. If you're a team player with a customer-centric approach and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues * Working closely with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing downtime * Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, including sending invoices to customers and resolving any billing discrepancies * Running reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity and efficiency * Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen * A self-starter mentality, with a passion for process improvement and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a full-time employee of arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
