About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and service providers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and Service Providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and timely solutions to their concerns.
- Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services.
- Support Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and Service Providers as needed.
- Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings.
