About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
- Support service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy inquiries
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and service providers as needed
- Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
