Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms * Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent listening and problem-solving skills,
