**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
**Schedule and Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our remote workers. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime hours. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays, we're open to accommodating your needs and preferences.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

To succeed as a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
* Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
* Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
* A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
