**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate and timely solutions to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

**Preferred Qualifications**
