As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional service to our customers while enjoying a flexible and rewarding work environment. **Why you'll love this role:** * Collaborate with customers in a considerate, professional, courteous, and expert manner * Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues * Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and communication * Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour * Take advantage of arenaflex's comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth **Key Responsibilities:** * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing upgrades * Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Work entryway reader/scanner and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models * Work jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure gate announcements * Convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler service flight close-out methods * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain a schedule of flight loading process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Provide interfacing traveler door information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's policies **What you'll need for success:** * Bachelor's degree and previous professional training * Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas * Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **Preferred qualifications:** * Training and previous professional training * Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service System * Past face-to-face customer service experience **What you'll get:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Health programs to help you be your best self * 401(k) program with manager contributions available after one year * Other great benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex family and experience a world of possibilities!** At arenaflex, we believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
