**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
