**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be the go-to person for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Utilize knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and compliant manner
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products, services, and best practices
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software, email, and other communication platforms
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

* Knowledge of customer service software and tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
