**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Providing product information and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Care and Focus**: Provide exceptional customer service, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* **Communication**: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with excellent communication skills
* **Procedure and Policy**: Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* **Goal Achievement**: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* **Record Keeping**: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* **Upselling and Scheduling**: Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills and experience with a variety of software applications
* **Multitasking**: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* **Time Management**: Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* **Active Listening**: Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns with empathy and understanding
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Certification**: Customer service certification or training is a plus
* **Language Skills**: Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
