* Resolving complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product offerings
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**What You'll Need for Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school degree or equivalent
* Intermediate Excel and Word experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
* Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service or member-facing experience
* Previous banking or Credit Union experience
* Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
