**Job Summary**
We're currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
