**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the chance to participate in a variety of activities, including:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Sharing your thoughts and opinions on a range of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback
* Using products and services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
