**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service standards
* Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations
* Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
* Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their benefits
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment
* 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently under general supervision
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Willingness to work overtime as required and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Compensation**
