**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy
* Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge with confidence and accuracy
* Computer savvy, with experience using technology to deliver customer experiences
**The Equipment You'll Need**
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a speed of >15 Mbps
* A hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
* A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
* A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
