**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge in a clear and concise manner
* Strong computer skills, with experience using software applications and tools to manage customer interactions
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android, with a reliable internet connection and a headset (USB wired or Bluetooth)

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
* A hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
* A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
* A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android, with a reliable internet connection and a headset
