**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients, researching and booking travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacations. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services in the travel industry, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, chat, and social media to assist with all their travel needs
* Research and book travel arrangements, including flights, resorts, car rentals, theme park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, and concerts
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services in the travel industry, including new resorts, destinations, and activities
* Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after client vacations to ensure happy repeat clients
* Maintain excellent client records to facilitate repeat business and referrals
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, travel, or related field preferred
* Previous experience in customer service a plus, but not required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in the travel industry
* High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the travel industry or related field
* Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
