**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to direct shareholders to where they can vote on the Board of Directors, ensuring that management's best interests are represented. This is a part-time, remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Direct shareholders to where they can vote on the Board of Directors, ensuring that management's best interests are represented
* Collaborate with internal clients to ensure seamless interactions and effective communication
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
* Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software
