**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from customers with questions, concerns, or issues related to their accounts
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or website, utilizing information learned during training and resources available through our knowledge management systems
* Identifying customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner
* Processing required transactions via web-based applications
* Submitting research requests in a concise and accurate manner
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of careerzynith and client programs, policies, and technology
* Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
* Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
* Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Six months of experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
* Customer service experience
* Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications
* Ability to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints)
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
* Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, taking high-volume calls from consumers
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ years of previous call center experience
