**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. **Key Responsibilities**
* Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and informed guidance to clients

* Conduct outbound calling and set appointments to discuss benefits with clients
* Perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
* Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide informed guidance to clients

**Minimum Qualifications**
