**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
* Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing effective solutions
* Updating customer records to ensure accurate information
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Work Environment:**
As a remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to have high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable and use of Wi-Fi is not permitted. arenaflex provides the necessary equipment and training to ensure your success in this role.
**Training Schedule:**
The training schedule for this role is as follows:
* First 6 weeks: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
* Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
**Compensation and Benefits:**
