**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
* Troubleshooting customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Updating customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Providing information about products or services in a professional and friendly manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
**Requirements:**
* Must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ
* High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted)
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
* Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
* Experience with working remotely in a call center setting (preferred)
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
