* Stay updated on current advertisements, promotions, and sales, as these will frequently change, ensuring customers receive the most relevant information.
* Foster clear and open communication with your team to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Adhere to established procedures and policies, while remaining adaptable to any updates or changes in processes.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the e-commerce space, particularly for a company that sells products online.
* A strong proficiency in using technology and being comfortable navigating various software platforms independently.
