We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for customers through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
* Build rapport with customers and establish a strong relationship
* Maintain detailed records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
* Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently review educational materials
* Clearly communicate all auto projects, including promotions and special offers, to customers
* May lead phases of preparation to vendors on promotions and special offers
* May lead post-purchase promotions reviews with customers
* Adhere to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in a contact center channel
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
