As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
