**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality service to plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
* Facilitating treatment and providing necessary solutions to members
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
