**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
* Follow procedure by adhering to a schedule and answering calls in English language queues
* Address customer concerns and issues according to procedure, using our best call guidelines to turn calls into positive experiences for our customers
* Sell our portfolio to existing and new customers, positioning ourselves as the snack foods experts
* Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with flawless coordination and communication with customers
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to drive customer satisfaction and business growth

**Role Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proficiently work using a computer in a Windows environment
* Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* The ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
* Strong analytical and processing skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Skills in handling customer complaints in a calm and polished manner
* High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* High school graduate or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
* Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
* Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
* We're also considering candidates that are bilingual in Spanish or French
