With arenaflex, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life with ease. **About the Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You'll work closely with various departments, including Payments and Digital Strategy, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Complete statistical access and balancing features * Coordinate return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/sports assigned * Follow and maintain guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, study, and make important GL, account changes and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Research and affirm incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicate with the vendor to process budget transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Deposit check returns, study member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success:** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with robust employer skills and capacity for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Opportunities for advancement within the company * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
