**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Previous customer service or member-facing experience
* Previous banking or Credit Union experience
* Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
